Welcome to Gridley! Thank you for choosing Gridley! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gridley app (“Service”), developed and maintained by Nikita Marchenko.
By accessing or using Gridley, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Gridley. -

Using Gridley Gridley is designed to help you plan and preview your Instagram feed with ease. You can:
• Preview and organise your Instagram posts
• Drag and drop posts to design your feed
• Crop images and split them into grids
• Use professional layout templates
• View all planned content in a calendar
You agree to use Gridley only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and Instagram’s terms of use. -
Accounts & Personal Data Gridley does not require user registration. You can connect your social media accounts via official APIs, but Gridley:
• Does not collect or store any personal data from your connected accounts
• Does not access private data on your social media
Only anonymous analytics and crash reports are collected to improve the app’s performance. -
Subscriptions & Payments Gridley offers optional Premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions through App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period. -
Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within Gridley are the intellectual property of Nikita Marchenko. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Gridley without explicit written permission.
